The latest release from The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland, is a super-premium vodka made with the fruit of the Kigelia Africana, or sausage tree. Using Irish grain vodka, Irish nettles and fruit from the sausage tree, this is a smooth, subtly fruity vodka perfect for sipping, or for making cocktails.

In case you haven’t guessed, the sausage tree gets its names from its fruits, which resemble the quintessential breakfast food.
