Opal Nera is a blend of various distilled ingredients which have been prepared from scratch, using fresh products to produce Opal Nera Sambuca.The distilled ingredients are then blended together ( green anise, star anise, elderflower, elderberries, coriander and lemon peel) with neutral alcohol from beet, for a more natural sweetness. Finally, infusing elderberry skins to give Opal Nera its distinctive, rich purple-black colour, this creates a rich and tasty Liqueur.
